The Purpose of This Site
We created The Jesus Site first of all as an outreach to those who do not have a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and secondly as a resource to those who do. The name was chosen by
inspiration of Rich Mullin's album called, "The Jesus Record." It is our goal to provide the Christian with one location on the web where they can find information on all kinds of topics that center around
the Christian world and the Bible.
The Jesus Site grows by user contribution in two ways. First of all The Jesus Site grows by people simply using this resource and then spreading the word to other Christians around the world. Secondly,
the Jesus Site grows by users who contribute information. Whether it be your favorite Christian web site link, a sermon, a quote, or even a clean joke, we invite your contributions of information so that we

What We Believe
We believe in one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; Creator of Heaven and earth. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, of Whom there was not beginning and will be no end; He is eternal in the
heavens.
We believe in the Son, Jesus Christ, the Living Word of the Father, Who took on the likeness of man, was born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, died, and was buried; that he rose on the third day, ascended
into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, where He makes intercession for us. We believe that He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy spirit, the Comforter, the Counselor, Who was given by the Father and the Son to guide us into all truth. He is the Deposit guaranteeing our inheritance to God's kingdom until the day
of redemption. He brings gifts from our father for the edification of the church. The fruits of His abiding presence in the life of a believer are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.
We believe that the Bible is the infallible , inerrant , written Word of God, and that it contains the only and complete plan of salvation; that all Scriptures is God-breathed, and is profitable for
teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.
We believe that all men are conceived and born in sin, out of fellowship and harmony with God, in need of a righteous Savior, and atoning sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin.
We believe that God demonstrates His love for all in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, the Righteous for the unrighteous, to bring us to God; That salvation is only by grace (unmerited
favor of God) through faith, not of works; that it is with your heart you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
We believe that it is the calling of every believer to commit his life to carrying out the Great commission of spreading the Good News of God's love and plan of salvation to all people.
