PLEASE READ THESE GUIDELINES BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SITE
We incorporate some strict guidelines when reviewing web sites before we will add them. Here is a list of the
guidelines you will want to make sure your site meets before submitting to The Jesus Site:
1. Must be Christian based and Bible believing. If your web site is not Biblically based, then please do not even waste your time submitting. We are very careful about the type of content that is added.
2. The Jesus Site looks to add ministries to its site. In many cases, we will not add businesses or online stores unless they are offering a unique product that we feel is a valuable resource to the
Christian community.
3. Your ministry or organization must provide ministry on a national or global scale. We do not add local ministries such as churches and the like as our directory is not structured to list ministries by
geographical region.
4. Make sure your web site does not contain broken links or is under construction. We are looking to add quality sites to our index and will not include those that are not complete.
5. We are not favorable to sites that use redirect pages and make it hard for the end user to get back to The Jesus Site, so make sure the page you submit does not use redirect pages and if it does, make
sure that the end user can get back to the Jesus Site with two clicks and that the refresh time is 30 seconds or longer.
6. In your descriptions, use verbiage that explains what the site is about. Avoid "promotional copy" and definitely avoid using all capital letters or capitalizing the fist character of every sentence.
7. The Jesus Site is always looking to add sites that are easy to navigate, aesthetically appealing, and contain valuable content that can be a resource to the Christian community. If your site contains
these three elements, then most likely it will be included.
8. The Jesus Site is an "English-Only" site. Do not submit sites that are written in a foreign language. Your submission will only be deleted.
9. This is obvious but needs to be stated anyway - no sites containing pornography, nudity, gambling, casinos, racist, anti-government material(s), or anti-religious material. If you choose to try to submit
these type of sites anyway, you are only wasting your time. Everything submitted to us is reviewed by a human. Therefore these sites will NEVER be added to The Jesus Site.
You are welcome to add your ministry to our web site. After we determine that your web site meets our guidelines, we will add it to our directory.
