I think the thing to note here is this...

God DOES answer all prayer. But, often the answer is "No." Other times, the answer may be "Not right now."

Why is this? Usually, it's because God knows that if we were to get what we asked for, it wouldn't turn out to be such a great thing for us long-term.

He DID try to teach that lesson to the Hebrews way back in 1 Samuel when He agreed to annoint Saul as King of Isreal. All along, He was going to make David the king. But Isreal was impatient. So, God gave them the king they asked for ... and it turned out to be not such a great thing.

So, when we ask questions like, "Why won't God do ?" or "Why does God let happen?" it's usually either because He knows it's not the right thing, He knows it's not the right time, or it's a result of sin in the world.

People are so quick to use this stuff as evidence against God. If you only knew....

Whywontgodhealamputees.com <- this is an address to a homepage, but also a good question. Prayer seems to only heal things that are invisible to the naked eye.

Let the excuses begin!
